Heart Space, Kali Rodriguez and her family are supporting the orphanage, Las Ciudad de los niños y niñas in Mexico. Below are the past events in Mexico and the upcoming events in Germany to further support the orphanage. (The proceedings from the sales of the books in the upcoming event in Großkrotzenburg in Germany will be used to reimburse the past publication costs and pay for the future reprint of the books and will not directly go to the orphanage as the event that took place in Las Cruces on the date: March 30th 2024.

More than just a book presentation, this event will be a celebration of community and giving back. Donations received for purchasing "Serena, Mother of Pearls" between March 15th and March 31st, 2024, will be given to the “La Ciudad de Los Niños y Niñas de La Paz” orphanage.
This orphanage has a rich history, founded on the principles of compassion and care in 1954, this orphanage has provided a safe haven and loving care for countless orphaned and underprivileged children in La Paz. Interestingly, one of the founding members of Rancho Las Cruces and Hollywood legend, Bing Crosby, was a collaborator and promoter of its creation.
The connection between Rancho Las Cruces and the "La Ciudad de Los Niños y Niñas de La Paz" has continued with a long-standing tradition of celebrating Easter mass every year at the resort's chapel with the father and the children from the orphanage, followed by a joyous celebration with cake and piñatas.
