Hydration: Drink water (with organic lemon/lime wedge), or calming herbal tea to stay hydrated. Hydration supports the body to flush out toxins.
Deep calming breathing: Create a habit to breathe deeply and slowly to help the nervous system relax. When inhalation is deep and exhalation is complete, and when each breath is imbued with love, consciousness easily connects with the depth of one’s heart.
Meditation: Meditation allows one to be the observer of one’s thoughts and emotions. Deep meditative state allows consciousness to access the state of Oneness where all IS and eternal peace prevails.

Due to the harmonizing effects of these therapeutic movements brings to one’s energy system, it may connect the consciousness to etheric body and beyond. Possibilities to connect to Anandamaya Kosha and experience eternal bliss is there.
Time in Nature: Spend some time in nature. Our natural world is bursting with songs of Beauty. Feel the Earth beneath the feet. Communion with the Mother Earth grounds and strengthen our connection to inner knowing.
